Job description

Our Manufacturing Associates are self motivated, dependable, and work well with others. You must be respectful to other associates, be able to adhere to quality standards, and practice safe work habits to ensure production is completed in an efficient and safe manner.
The Manufacturing Associate jobs are hourly positions in our wind blade operation. You will be involved in building wind blades.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is not required. You must be able to communicate well. There will be a large focus placed on team work and flexibility, including job rotation. You must have the ability to lift and move objects up to 75 pounds consistently with heavier weight necessary at times. This position could involve sitting, standing, bending, reaching, kneeling, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day. You will work with fiberglass and a variety of chemicals.
