Fort Myers Beach, Florida

Nestled in the heart of Southwest Florida's vibrant landscape, Margaritaville Fort Myers Beach, under the proud operation and ownership of TPI Hospitality, offers not just a job but an opportunity for unparalleled personal and professional growth.
The House Aide works with the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness throughout the resort. This role ensures a hygienic and welcoming environment for guests and staff while assisting with housekeeping operations as needed.
What You'll Do:
  • Maintain the highest standards to ensure quality and cleanliness in public spaces, offices, meeting rooms, and other required areas.
  • Wipe down and sanitize door handles and other frequently touched surfaces to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Conduct routine sanitization of surfaces per health and safety guidelines.
  • Assist housekeeping staff as necessary to ensure efficient cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas.
  • Keep all janitorial equipment properly maintained, clean, and free of marks to ensure optimal functionality and appearance.
  • Safely handle and dispose of biohazardous or hazardous materials in compliance with regulations.
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to leadership promptly to facilitate timely resolution and prevent potential hazards or disruptions.

What We're Looking For:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • 6 months of housekeeping experience is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to walk/stand for long hours.
  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds.
