  • Build and strengthen client relationships, particularly with affluent and high-net-worth households
  • Accurately document all client interactions in the agency management system (AMS360)

Key details

Location: Portland, OR (1st preference) or Renton, WA (2nd preference); onsite at least 1 day/week

  • Experience using a personal lines rater (PL Rater strongly preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain coverage clearly to clients
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client needs effectively
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word

What will make you really stand out

  • Proven ability to build long-term client relationships that result in referrals and renewals
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills within agency systems
  • Ability to balance multiple requests under tight deadlines
  • Self-sufficient and comfortable working independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Ability to use generative AI and other digital tools to support job-related tasks such as research, drafting, analysis, summarization, planning, and problem-solving, while exercising sound judgment, verifying accuracy, and adhering to company policies and ethical guidelines

Why join The Partners Group?

At TPG, you'll be part of one of the largest independently owned insurance brokerages in the Pacific Northwest where collaboration, integrity, and a client-first mindset guide everything that we do.
