Job Overview
The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue, increase occupancy rates, and enhance the overall brand presence of the hotel. This individual manages the sales team and plays a crucial role in achieving the hotel's financial and business objectives. What You'll be Doing
Sales Strategy and Management:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan that targets various market segments and accounts for group, corporate, and leisure business.

  • Manage the hotel's online presence, including the website, social media channels, and online travel agencies.
