Kuehne + Nagel is seeking a highly motivated Supervisor - Secure Cloud Deployment Crew to lead our specialized white glove logistics teams within National Road Logistics (NRL). In this role, you will oversee the safe, precise, and efficient delivery and installation of high-value IT infrastructure - including server racks - within data centers and secure enterprise environments.
You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. How you create impact
  • Lead and supervise white glove delivery crews, including drivers and technicians, to ensure seamless final mile execution
  • Drive team performance through KPI alignment, SLA adherence, and continuous coaching
  • Ensure safe handling, transportation, and installation of sensitive IT equipment and server racks
  • Oversee all aspects of final mile, inside delivery, and deployment operations
  • Enforce quality standards and damage prevention procedures across all delivery activities
  • Monitor and assess performance through reporting, ride-alongs, and on-site observations
  • Act as escalation point for customer issues and ensure timely resolution of service challenges
  • Ensure strict adherence to customer SOPs, security protocols, and site requirements
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards, ergonomic practices, and risk mitigation procedures
  • Conduct safety audits, incident reviews, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and customer care teams for efficient service execution
  • Analyze operational metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
  • Support workforce planning, staffing, and scheduling to meet operational demand
  • Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and customer-centric service

What we would like you to bring
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in white glove delivery, final mile logistics, or specialized handling operations
  • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of handling high-value or sensitive equipment
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and enforce accountability
  • Solid communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with data center environments, server racks, or secure delivery protocols preferred
  • Experience with safety practices and material handling equipment
  • Ability to manage physical requirements of the role (equipment handling with assistance)
  • Comfort using logistics systems, mobile tools, and operational reporting platforms
