Job Summary
The Toys Associate is responsible for ensuring that items are well-stocked, organized, and properly displayed. This role involves replenishing inventory, ensuring product displays meet company standards, and assisting customers with product inquiries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Restock and organize toys and related merchandise on shelves and displays according to store standards.
2. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
3. Assist customers with questions and provide friendly, helpful service.
4. Work with the team to maintain store standards and ensure products are available and properly displayed.
5. May be required to work at other store locations and assist with lifting, moving, and organizing products and fixtures up to 30 lbs.
Qualifications
1. Previous retail, stocking, or merchandising experience preferred but not required.
2. Friendly, outgoing, and able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to keep merchandise organized.
4. Team player who can work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
5. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry merchandise, and work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
