Toyota Carlsbad is actively hiring experienced used car Automotive Technicians / Auto Mechanics to join our high-performing, high-volume service team. Whether you’re Toyota-certified or an experienced technician from another brand, this is an opportunity to maximize your earnings in a shop built for productivity.


What You’ll Do

  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles (engine, electrical, brakes, suspension, etc.)
  • Accurately document repairs and communicate findings with service advisors
  • Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Follow manufacturer guidelines and dealership processes
  • Contribute to a team-focused, fast-paced service environment

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of professional automotive technician experience
  • ASE certifications preferred
  • Toyota experience or certifications a strong plus
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong work ethic
