ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in February 2026 and currently lead a growing team of five. I bring more than 25 years of insurance industry experience, along with a unique background in professional sports, including time working with the Chicago Bears and alongside Walter Payton. I'm a graduate of Marquette University, hold an MBA, and live in Chicago with my family and three children. Those experiences have shaped the competitive, team-first approach I bring to the agency today.
Giving back is important to us, and our agency supports local food banks, schools, toy drives, and other charitable initiatives throughout the community.
We offer paid time off, paid holidays, a Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, team lunches, tiered commission opportunities, performance bonuses, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. Professional development is also a major focus, with weekly training and access to industry professionals who help our team continually sharpen their skills and grow their careers.
Our culture is family-first, supportive, and performance-driven. We work hard, set high expectations, and make a point to recognize and celebrate success. I'm looking for someone who is hardworking, positive, coachable, personable, and confident communicating with others. Bilingual candidates are a plus. As a newer agency, this is a unique opportunity to grow with us, take on additional responsibility, and help shape what our team becomes.
