Job description

Advanced Collision Experts Orlando

Location: Orlando, Florida

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday

Compensation: Based on experience

Position Overview

Advanced Collision Experts Orlando is seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Property Damage Lot Manager to oversee the daily movement, documentation, security, and condition of vehicles at our Orlando facility.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining proper control of every vehicle entrusted to our company. The Lot Manager will coordinate vehicle arrivals and releases, document vehicle conditions, communicate with towing companies and insurance representatives, and ensure that every vehicle is accounted for throughout the property-damage claim process.

This is not simply a parking-lot position. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working around damaged vehicles, interacting professionally with clients and insurance representatives, maintaining detailed records, and following strict procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, photograph, and document all incoming vehicles.
  • Confirm vehicle identification numbers, mileage, license plates, keys, and visible damage.
  • Maintain an accurate daily inventory of every vehicle on the property.
  • Organize the lot so vehicles remain secure, accessible, and properly identified.
  • Coordinate vehicle pickups and deliveries with towing companies, repair facilities, insurance carriers, clients, and vendors.
  • Verify that all required release documents and authorizations are completed before any vehicle leaves the property.
  • Maintain vehicle sign-in, inspection, and release records.
  • Document the identity and purpose of insurance adjusters, appraisers, inspectors, and other visitors entering the vehicle-storage area.
  • Assist with vehicle inspections, photographs, scans, teardown coordination, and estimate-related documentation.
  • Monitor vehicle condition and report any leaks, open windows, missing parts, additional damage, or safety concerns.
  • Install crash wrap or other temporary protective materials when necessary.
  • Secure keys, personal property, vehicle documentation, and evidence associated with each file.
  • Ensure vehicles are not accessed, moved, inspected, or released without proper authorization.
  • Communicate daily with the Orlando case-management and administrative teams.
  • Track vehicles awaiting liability decisions, inspections, repair transfers, total-loss pickups, or owner retrieval.
  • Keep the property clean, professional, organized, and compliant with company safety procedures.
  • Assist with light facility maintenance and vendor coordination when needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Florida driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to safely operate and move passenger vehicles, trucks, SUVs, and damaged vehicles.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable using smartphones, email, digital forms, and basic computer systems.
  • Ability to take clear and complete vehicle photographs.
  • Professional communication skills when dealing with clients, attorneys, insurance representatives, towing companies, and repair facilities.
  • Ability to follow written procedures and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Must be dependable, punctual, honest, and capable of working with limited supervision.
  • Must pass any applicable background and driving-record requirements.

Preferred Experience

  • Collision repair, towing, automotive, impound, dealership, rental-car, salvage, or vehicle-storage experience.
  • Experience documenting damaged vehicles.
  • Familiarity with insurance claims, total-loss vehicles, body-shop operations, or property-damage claims.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
  • Forklift or vehicle-recovery equipment experience is helpful but not required.

Ideal Candidate

The right candidate is someone who takes ownership of the property, notices problems before they become expensive, and understands that every vehicle represents a client who may already be dealing with a difficult situation.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Firm about following vehicle-release procedures.
  • Respectful and professional with clients and visitors.
  • Comfortable handling multiple vehicles and priorities.
  • Able to communicate issues immediately instead of allowing them to sit unresolved.
  • Protective of client property and company records.
  • Willing to help wherever needed to keep operations moving.

About Advanced Collision Experts Orlando
