Line Cook – K38 Baja Grill (New Location Opening –Cary, NC)

About Us:

K38 Baja Grill is part of the Live.Eat.Surf restaurant group, known for fresh Baja-inspired flavors, scratch kitchens, and a lively, team-driven culture. We’re excited to bring our newest K38 Cary opening mid-to-late July 2026, and we’re looking for passionate Line Cooks to join our opening team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to K38’s recipes and standards

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment

  • Work collaboratively with the back-of-house team to ensure smooth service

  • Assist with prep, line setup, and closing procedures

  • Deliver consistency, speed, and attention to detail during high-volume shifts

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate

  • Strong work ethic and reliability in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
