Prep Cook – K38 Baja Grill (New Location Coming Soon to Cary!)

Location: Cary, NC

Opening: Mid to Late July 2026

Join Our Team at K38 Baja Grill!

We’re bringing the energy, flavor, and coastal Baja vibes to downtown Cary — and we’re looking for passionate Prep Cooks to join our opening team! K38 is part of the Live.Eat.Surf restaurant group, known for scratch-made food, a fun and fast-paced environment, and a strong culture of teamwork and respect.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare fresh ingredients daily to support our signature Baja-inspired menu

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the prep area

  • Follow recipes and portion standards with accuracy and consistency

  • Support kitchen operations by helping line cooks and chefs as needed

  • Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous prep or kitchen experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate
