Job description

We are a small company but very specialized.  We work in a very demanding niche and we are in need of great talent.

We’re currently looking for a Tower Hand for the GA-AL Market
Maintain physical ability to climb and work at an acceptable pace determined by management.

Ability to fill in one position above or below the position or replace someone for a short period of time.

Ability to operate a capstan and power tools and use hand tools.
Responsible for all tools, equipment, and material issued.
Responsible in helping train crew members.
Follows all our policies and practices.
Familiar with RF theory.
Familiar with RF test gear and can adequately perform basic sweeps.
Familiar with proper procedures for all types of rigging operations. 
Familiar with basic electrical.
Familiar with basic computer related tasks. (E-mail, Word, and Excel Operations Find information on the internet, etc.).
Has basic civil work skills used to build telecommunications sites.
Basic first aid/CPR trained and certified.
Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license, transportation, and ability to travel to work sites throughout the market.
Must pass background check and drug test.
