Tower Foreman – Verizon Wireless Project

We’re looking for a skilled Tower Foreman to lead field crew on Verizon wireless construction projects, including new builds, mods, integrations, and maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to run a site safely, efficiently, and to Verizon’s exacting standards.

• Lead and supervise tower crews on daily construction activities

• Perform and oversee installation of antennas, RRUs, coax/fiber, mounts, and structural components

• Ensure all work meets Verizon, OEM, and OSHA requirements

• Conduct daily JHAs, safety briefings, and quality checks

• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and vendors

• Complete closeout documentation, photos, and redlines

• Troubleshoot field issues and maintain project timelines

• Ensure proper rigging, climbing, and rescue procedures are followed

Requirements:

• 3+ years tower experience, with at least 1 year as a lead or foreman
