Georges Towing Co is seeking a Tow Operator to provide reliable, safe towing services in the Vallejo area.

Position Summary

The Tow Operator will be responsible for responding to towing calls and safely transporting vehicles to designated locations. This role requires strong situational awareness, safe driving practices, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining professional customer interactions.

You will represent Georges Towing Co on the road by following established safety procedures, handling vehicles with care, and ensuring each assignment is completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate towing equipment and tow trucks to assist stranded or disabled vehicles

  • Respond to service calls, confirm job details, and transport vehicles according to assignment instructions

  • Perform basic checks of the truck and equipment before and during shifts to ensure safe operation

  • Secure vehicles properly during transport and follow safe loading/unloading procedures

  • Maintain clear communication with dispatch and customers throughout the service process

Required Qualifications
