Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled light duty Tow Truck Driver to join our team. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be required to transport vehicles from one destination to another, respond to collision scenes, and police calls to transport vehicles for a variety of reasons. This is a vital position and requires excellent customer service skills. If you have customer service experience, a minimum of class c drivers license, basic knowledge of automotive diagnostics, experience operating a tow truck, we strongly encourage you to apply. - NO REPO's NO PPI's.

Responsibilities:

- Provide positive customer interaction

- Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations

- Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using proper techniques

- Asses condition of vehicles using basic automotive diagnosis prior to tow

- Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on tow trucks as needed

- Maintain and clean assigned tow truck on a daily and weekly basis

- Inspect tow truck as required on a daily and weekly basis

- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the tow truck

- Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license with a reasonably clean driving record

- Provide a professional and positive customer interaction during difficult, stressful, and intense situations using conflict management skills

- Must reside in the Sherwood, Tualatin, Tigard, or Beaverton areas.

- Must have a smart phone with service and a functional camera

- Physical strength and agility to load & unload vehicles and perform necessary tasks. Driver will need to be able to bend, twist, lift and move around in a safe but timely manner to complete tasks.
