WHO ARE WE?

We are Electric Shuffle! The award-winning global social entertainment concept that has reimagined shuffleboard. We’ve paired our patented gameplay with delicious food and craft cocktails, a beautiful venue design, and an incredible high-energy atmosphere to deliver an unforgettable experience.

WHAT IS THE JOB?

We are looking for outgoing and experienced Hosts, Hostesses and Greeters to join us on our mission to turn the ordinary into extraordinary. To be successful as a Host/Hostess/Greeter for the Electric Shuffle Team, you will be responsible for the following on a daily basis:

  • Greeting each guest and social group with enthusiasm, guiding them through a seamless check in process.
  • Providing accurate wait times, direction, and venue details to our guests.
  • Escorting guests and groups to dining, bar and/or shuffleboard areas.
  • Introducing guests to the shuffleboard experience through a detailed tour of the gameplay and setup.
  • Maintaining consistent communication with all employees on shift to ensure operational flow.
  • Overseeing and updating the reservation system throughout each shift.
  • Engaging with guests, employees and management with service-minded enthusiasm.
  • Thanking each departing guest and group for visiting the venue, catering each salutation to fit the guest experience.
  • Being fun, enthusiastic and exuding lots of energy throughout each shift.
  • Bringing the infamous Austin vibe to our service model and creating the perfect Electric Shuffle experience.
  • Being able to work as part of a team, delivering consistent service with an attention to detail, even when under pressure
  • Possessing excellent organizational skills.
  • Bringing new and creative ideas to how we do things.
