Fast Park & Relax is currently looking for safe drivers to provide reliable and courteous transportation services to and from our parking lot to the airport terminal and back while maintaining a strong focus on passenger safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:
- Operate shuttle bus in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and DOT regulations.
- Transport passengers to and from designated locations, following pre-determined routes and schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of trip counts and other required documentation.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the shuttle bus, both inside and out.
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers, addressing their questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist passengers with luggage or other belongings.
- Communicate effectively with guest ambassadors / dispatchers and other team members to coordinate routes and schedules.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and customer service.
- Maintain a clean driving record.
- Participate in mandatory training programs as required by DOT regulations and company policy.
- Report any accidents or incidents immediately to the appropriate authorities and company personnel.
- Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.


 

Education:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record. 

Experience:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
- Experience working with diverse populations and providing excellent customer service.
- Proven ability to maintain a safe driving record and adhere to safety regulations.
- Experience performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections is a plus.

- Thorough knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
