Solo OTR Driver Overview

  • Strong base pay with bonus upside. Earn up to 64CPM including monthly bonuses ($0.02 fuel + $0.02 safety + $0.02 mileage bonus after 10K miles), plus additional pay opportunities that stack on top.*

  • Flexible home time options. Regional-style resets available after ~70 hours with a 34-hour reset at home, or stay OTR a minimum of 2 weeks out with 2 days home.

  • More weeks out. More home time. Extended fleet-Stay out 4-6 weeks and earn 4.5-6.5 days of home time, with New Legend covering travel to and from home.

  • Run the Western 13. Drive consistent lanes across WA, OR, ID, CA, AZ, UT, WY, NV, MT, CO, NM, OK, TX, plus the I-5 Corridor.


OTR Team Driver Overview

  • High team CPM with bonus potential. Earn up to $0.90 CPM split, plus additional pay opportunities that stack on top.*

  • Big retention bonus. Teams are eligible for a $10,000 retention bonus paid out over 2 years.*

  • OTR schedule that keeps you moving. Teams typically stay out 2+ weeks with 2 days home.

  • Run the Western network. Consistent freight across the Western 13 states and I-5 Corridor.
