• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, building a foundation for individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that address the unique goals and challenges of each client, using evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, leveraging therapeutic techniques to help clients overcome obstacles and develop coping strategies.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, case managers, and other treatment team members to provide integrated and holistic care, ensuring that all aspects of clients' health are addressed.
• Educate and support clients’ families, fostering their involvement and understanding in the therapeutic process, thus enhancing overall treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client records in line with regulatory and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record systems for documentation.

• Practical experience in an outpatient setting, working with clients requiring varied mental health interventions.
• Knowledge of and experience with providing teletherapy services, which is increasingly important in today's mental health landscape.
• Familiarity with community resources and referral processes to ensure clients receive comprehensive support outside the clinic as needed.

• The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
