Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Interior Repair Technician to maintain and repair the interior components of high-end luxury coaches. This role requires a strong foundation in carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure top-tier comfort, functionality, and aesthetics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a passion for craftsmanship, and is committed to delivering high-quality service for luxury coach interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

Interior Maintenance & Repair:

Diagnose and repair issues related to cabinetry, flooring, and other interior fixtures.

Perform minor to advanced carpentry repairs, including cutting, fitting, and finishing woodwork.

Troubleshoot and repair interior plumbing systems, including sinks, toilets, and water lines.

Maintain and service HVAC systems to ensure optimal climate control within the coach.

System Inspections & Troubleshooting:

Conduct regular inspections of the coach interior to identify potential issues before they escalate.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical components related to lighting, climate control, and entertainment systems.

Ensure all work meets safety standards and manufacturer specifications.

Follow company policy and OSHA safety regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or technical certification in carpentry, plumbing, or HVAC is a plus.

2+ years of experience in interior maintenance, RV/motorcoach repair, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of woodworking, cabinetry, and finishing techniques.

Experience with plumbing systems, including freshwater and wastewater systems.

Basic to intermediate understanding of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
