The Cary Company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our Western region, AZ, NV, CA, WA, and UT. This role provides leadership responsibility for a team of outside sales representatives across key industrial and distribution markets, with direct impact on regional performance, team development, and execution.
This is a field-oriented leadership role. While posted in Arizona, the role manages a multi-state territory and requires regular travel throughout the region.Territory Coverage

Compensation
  • Base Salary: $120,000-$165,000 (commensurate with experience)
