Schedule:

  • Shift: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Weekends: Not required
  • On-Call: Not required

Job Summary:

Christiana Hospital is seeking a qualified Clinical Pharmacist II to join their pharmacy team on a travel contract. The pharmacist will be responsible for providing safe, effective, and timely pharmaceutical care in a clinical setting.


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
    • Provide clinical support and drug information to healthcare staff
    • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
    • Monitor patient medication therapy and outcomes
    • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

    Requirements:
    • Active Delaware Pharmacist License (DE)
    • BLS from AHA
