Job description

Join Mountain View Regional Medical Center as a CRNA, earning $380,000-$400,000 working at the top of your license in beautiful Las Cruces, New Mexico! 

Overview:

Mountain View Regional Medical Center is seeking dedicated and collaborative CRNAs to join our team. Work independently to the top of your license in a collegial environment that prioritizes inter-professional collaboration for optimal patient care. Our team comprises 17 CRNAs and 5 anesthesiologists committed to professional growth and development.
Position Overview:
-Compensation package ranging from $380,000 to $400,000+
-Sign on Bonus and Relocation Assistance Provided
-W2 or 1099 options
-8 weeks vacation time off
-Malpractice Insurance Covered
-Loan Reimbursement Program
-Student Stipend Program-last 18 months
-Schedule:  8s, 10s, 12s, 26-week opportunities 

Role and Responsibilities:

- Work with excellent surgeons and a top-notch OR team in a supportive environment that values CRNAs
- Practice independently and work to the top of your license
-High Acuity cases include:  Orthopedic spine, neurosurgical spine, intracranial neurosurgery, pediatric dental, bariatric surgery, colorectal surgery, ENT, urology, general surgery, GYN, GI, OB

- NBCRNA Certification (or in the process of certification)
