Job description

Top hedge fund located in Midtown, NYC is seeking a bright, college educated Executive Assistant with 4+ years' experience, to provide support their COO and legal &compliance team.


In addition to managing calendars, schedules, expense reports and travel coordination, the appropriate candidate will maintain company profiles and vendor information, onboard firms, respond to daily billing questions, check accuracy of files, partner with stakeholders and assist finance with accruals and requests.


Must have exceptional organizational skills, superior record keeping, solid communication and problem-solving capabilities, and a positive attitude.


Proficiency in MS Office required and experience with Thomson Reuters a strong plus.


Bachelors' degree a must with a resume that reflects stability and commitment.
