This role serves as the central integrator across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance, driving program performance, risk management, and customer satisfaction. The Program Manager ensures alignment to contractual requirements, manages program budgets and timelines, oversees change control, and supports strategic decision‑making throughout the productEssential Functions Daily roles include collaborating in a team-oriented environment with cross functional workers. Develop and maintain program timelines.Coordinate and lead project kick-offs.Initiate, monitor and communicate project issues both internally and externally.Project logistics coordination.Primary responsibility for project document and data control.Single point contact with all assigned customers.Participate in daily scheduling meetings.Change control management- financial and document/data.Reporting of project issues, constraints, and proposed solutions to internal team.
