What You'll Learn

  • Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Career Growth
This is more than a general labor position-it's an opportunity to launch a career in the skilled trades. Employees who demonstrate initiative, reliability, and a strong work ethic may have the opportunity to advance into Upgrader or Tool & Die Apprentice roles while learning from experienced Journeymen.
Schedule
We operate both day and night shifts. Shifts will be assigned based on seniority level and work load. It is typical to move from one shift to another occasionally, with notice.
