Service Advisor – High Volume Shop | $60K–$90K+

Tom Kadlec Kia | Rochester, MN

Tom Kadlec Kia has proudly served the Rochester community since 1979. As our customer base continues to grow, we are looking for a professional Service Advisor who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences while helping customers properly maintain their vehicles.

This is an opportunity to join a busy, well-supported service department where advisors can build strong relationships with customers and develop a long-term career.

If you thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment and enjoy guiding customers through maintenance and repair decisions with honesty and clarity.

Income Potential: $60,000 – $90,000+ annually (base + performance incentives)
