Job Description
  • Manage all aspects of project delivery alone and in conjunction with the Senior Project Manager
  • Develop and protect relationships with our clients, customers,
    engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, government representatives, and
    other necessary entities
  • Cost and production management
  • Value engineering
  • Procurement and management of subcontractors and vendors
  • Create and update project schedules for submission as requested or required by the clients/customers
  • Help transition successful estimates/awarded projects to the
    Operations team. This typically requires involvement in all project
    buyout and setup operations during the initial phase of the project.
    Estimators and Project Managers work hand in hand during this process to
    help facilitate a smooth transition and successful project
  • Upkeep of the process-tracking documents to ensure a smooth project life-cycle
  • Negotiate with clients, customers, subcontractors and suppliers as needed
  • Administration of document control systems
  • Development of construction means and methods in conjunction with the project team
  • Change order management
  • Work within our Delmarva family as a valued member of the management team

Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ Years of Experience in Project Management as a Project Engineer or Manager
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in an Applicable Field of Study
  • Proficiency with the following programs: Microsoft Project, PRimavera P6, HCSS HeavyJob Software, HCSS HeavyBid Software, PDF Editing with Adobe Pro or Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Earth Pro
