Responsibilities:
  • Opens door for guests arriving and departing.
  • Greets (both arriving and departing) and seats all guests in a friendly manner and assists in maintaining the overall guest flow of the restaurant.
  • Accommodates any special needs of guests, i.e., boosters, highchairs, disabilities.
  • Manages the Wait List when the restaurant is full.
  • Provides guest assistance to servers as needed.
  • Maintains a clean and organized work area and completes cleaning as assigned
  • Fills out the feature board and inflates balloons.
  • Ensuring all food for guests and TOGO’s are completed in a timely manner and delivered to tables within expected ticket times
  • Ensure that orders are being cooked in a timely manner 
  • Ensure that orders are ready and not sitting in the window for an extended period 
  • Ensure that food is plated properly and matches the description of the order 
  • Ensure quick delivery of food using all available staff including yourself 
  • Performing proper procedures when bagging TOGO orders ensuring accuracy 
  • Keeping expo area clean and well-stocked during shift. 
  • Also responsible for performing the following tasks when slow I.E. rolling silverware, bussing tables etc.
Requirements:
  • Reading, writing and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Mobility is required during the entire shift.
  • Transports and carries objects (such as high-chair) up to 15 pounds
  • Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor, and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant.
