Our outpatient office model allows for close collaboration with our multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless support for our clients' needs.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to gain an understanding of each patient's unique emotional and psychological needs.
• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with patients, setting achievable goals that promote mental health improvement.
• Facilitate engaging therapeutic sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), gestalt therapy, or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Maintain documentation of all patient interactions and progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of patient records.
• Utilize mindfulness and stress-reduction techniques to empower clients in their healing journey while regularly updating care techniques based on current best practices.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment approaches, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success.

In this role, you will work predominantly with individuals of varying backgrounds and ages who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Your approach will be compassionate and culturally sensitive, adapting your techniques to meet the diverse needs of our clients while fostering an atmosphere of trust and acceptance.

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating the ability to address a broad spectrum of psychological issues.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills, with an emphasis on empathy and understanding.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology platforms to conduct virtual sessions effectively.

While not mandatory, candidates with specific training in trauma-informed care or previous experience in outpatient settings will be preferred. Familiarity with tools like electronic health record systems will also be beneficial to streamline documentation processes.
