Job Summary:
Keylent Inc is seeking a TOAST POS Admin/POS/TOAST POS Developer. The role involves analyzing customer needs, configuring and installing the TOAST POS system, and providing ongoing technical support to ensure a positive user experience.
Responsibilities:
• To analyze customer needs, configures the solution, and installs the product at the customer site.
• Responsible for taking the client 'live on the system after everything has been configured and accountable for ensuring a smooth transition and positive user experience.
• They are available to answer operational and application questions during the implementation process and after 'go-live'.
• Involved in the day-to-day operation of technology applications and equipment.
• Provide desk-side assistance in resolving technical support issues.
• Perform installations, repairs, upgrades, backups, and other maintenance tasks.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to customers for Point of Sale software, systems, and hardware.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot the POS system.
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions and work with developers to implement those fixes.
• Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.
• Technical experience as it relates to installing Hardware and troubleshooting that Hardware.
• Knowledge of interfaces and 3rd party vendors.
• Supervisor/leadership experience.
