Position Overview

We are seeking a self-motivated, outgoing Door-to-Door Lead Generation Subcontractor to introduce homeowners to our services and schedule free painting estimates. This is not a painting position — your primary responsibility is generating and setting qualified appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Canvass assigned neighborhoods to introduce painting services
  • Engage homeowners in a friendly and professional manner
  • Educate potential clients on our services and current promotions
  • Schedule free, no-obligation painting estimates
  • Confirm homeowner availability and accurate contact information
  • Track leads and report daily activity
  • Represent the Five Star Painting brand with professionalism and integrity

Compensation Structure

  • $75 per qualified appointment set (goal for 2 appointments/ day minimum).
  • Appointment must meet company qualification standards (homeowner decision-maker present, confirmed time/date, accurate contact info)
  • No cap on earnings
