What is a TN Visa Project Manager?

A TN Visa Project Manager is a professional from Canada or Mexico who is employed in the United States under the TN (Trade NAFTA) visa category, specifically to fulfill project management functions. This role involves planning, executing, and closing projects while meeting deadlines and budgets. TN Visa Project Managers must have the appropriate qualifications, and their job duties should align with the 'Management Consultant' or similar categories listed under the USMCA (formerly NAFTA) agreement. They are typically hired for their expertise in managing organizational projects and ensuring successful completion. The TN visa is a non-immigrant visa, so it is temporary and subject to renewal.
