Position Description

The Administrator, Team Member Relations, plays a key role in supporting Applied Medical’s Team Member Relations (HR) function. This position contributes to the success of the organization by ensuring accurate and timely processes that directly impact the team member experience. The Administrator supports full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, TMR administration, and ongoing team member relations initiatives. By maintaining efficient workflows, clear communication, and exceptional service, the Administrator helps strengthen engagement and alignment across departments within Applied Medical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruiting activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer letters, and onboarding logistics.
  • Process team member status changes, employment updates, and personnel records in systems such as SAP and Square9.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams, payroll, and benefits to ensure accurate and timely team member administration and documentation.
  • Maintain personnel files through daily scanning, auditing, and indexing in Square9 to support compliance and record integrity.
  • Manage background checks, DMV verifications, and vendor credentialing requests to ensure compliance.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to team member inquiries, providing clear guidance and connecting individuals with appropriate TMR resources.
  • Provide coverage for the Team Member Relations and Reception desks as needed to maintain consistent service and support.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the overall TMR service experience.
  • Support Team Member Relations correspondence, documentation, and communications with accuracy and confidentiality.
