TM Associates is looking to hire an experienced Senior Regional Property Manager to manage a portfolio in its growing Ohio market. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Regional Property Manager to join an excellent team with tremendous growth!

Requirements

Senior Regional Property Manager is responsible for supporting and executing the property management company's strategic objectives related to property management by managing an assigned portfolio of properties, implementing policies, procedures, and practices to enable each property to meet and exceed budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance objections. The Senior Regional Property Manager will oversee a large portfolio of properties as well as supervise two Assistant Regional Property Manager. 

The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, leasing, and maintenance operations for stabilized and lease-up properties. The candidate will have strong analytical skills and can decipher financial data to effectively review and evaluate residential investments and to assess the performance of the individual properties in the portfolio. The candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be able to thrive in an environment that encourages problem solving, creative and strategic thinking, multitasking and decision making and prioritizing under tight deadlines. 

The ideal candidate will possess the operational business acumen to identify, direct and correct on-site operational deficiencies to bring about optimal financial results. Ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of (4) years' experience as the District/Regional Manager supervising multiple properties
  • 5 to 7 years of experience working in affordable housing programs to include LIHTC required. RD & HUD preferred.
  • Ability to recruit and supervise successful management teams in a growing portfolio.
  • Proven track record for successful lease ups of new communities and/or Rehabs
  • Proven track record for maintaining high occupancy and collection rates as well as working within budgetary restrictions.
  • Certified Property Manager (CPM) or other industry designation preferred.
  • A willingness to bring excitement and to travel is a must.
  • Must remain "on call" for all property emergencies 
  • Experience in overseeing third party management contracts preferred  
  • Proven record in developing direct reports for career growth
  • Experience in reviewing, preparing, and presenting ownership reports and budgets preferred
  • A willingness to continually encourage and promote TM Core Values
  • The ability to bring excitement and positivity into the workplace. 
  • The ideal candidate must remain "on call " for all property emergencies. 
  • Travel is a must and may be extensive.
