Job Description:

El/la Asesor/a de Prevencion de Perdidas (LPA) para Espana trabaja dentro del equipo de Prevencion de Perdidas para reducir la merma en las tiendas asignadas. Sera responsable de probar, validar y medir el cumplimiento operativo en procesos relacionados con la merma. El puesto requiere un solido conocimiento de las rutinas operativas y brinda apoyo adecuado a los/as Asociados/as de tienda y a los Guardias Uniformados en su labor para reducir incidentes de robo, violencia y agresion en nuestras tiendas.

El/la LPA tambien ayuda en la desescalada de conflictos conforme a las politicas y procedimientos de TJX. La colaboracion es un aspecto clave del rol, que implica trabajar estrechamente con los equipos de tienda, la direccion y partes externas para garantizar la implementacion efectiva de estrategias de prevencion de perdidas.

Ademas, el/la LPA desempena un papel fundamental en la documentacion y escalado de incidentes relacionados con posibles faltas graves por parte de Asociados/as de tienda. Tambien es importante su participacion en la validacion e implementacion de procesos de devolucion en el punto de venta para apoyar la reduccion de la merma.

Responsabilidades

Reduccion de merma y perdidas operativas

  • Llevar el uniforme de Prevencion de Perdidas de TJX y la acreditacion de TJX Europe.

  • Esta posicion sera responsable de dar soporte a dos tiendas ubicadas en la misma area geografica, asegurando la correcta implementacion de los procesos y politicas de prevencion de perdidas en ambas ubicaciones.

  • Revisar informacion y procesos relevantes, compartir hallazgos y asesorar a la direccion de la tienda y al/la responsable directo/a sobre riesgos identificados.

  • Ser experto/a en los BSP de tienda relacionados con merma y perdida operativa.

  • Colaborar eficazmente con equipos de tienda, direccion y partes externas para cumplir objetivos de prevencion de perdidas y fortalecer la cooperacion en todas las areas de responsabilidad.

  • Asesorar y apoyar en la validacion del cumplimiento operativo y proponer soluciones practicas para mitigar la merma.

  • Escalar incidencias siguiendo los procedimientos acordados.

  • Utilizar sistemas y procesos de gestion de stock para respaldar la estrategia de reduccion de merma mediante comunicacion y accion efectiva.

  • Asistir a programas de formacion y aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos.

  • Promover buenas practicas y concienciar sobre la prevencion de perdidas.

  • Mantener una presencia visible en tienda.

  • Apoyar al equipo en el control de procesos de devolucion en el punto de venta.

  • Validar procesos y garantizar su alineacion con el Codigo de Conducta de TJX.

  • Apoyar a Asociados/as y clientes durante la desescalada de conflictos.

  • Reportar incidentes de robo, violencia y agresion a las autoridades o personal cualificado.

  • Cumplir con las politicas de TJX y comunicar inquietudes de forma efectiva.

  • Utilizar sistemas informaticos de manera eficiente y proporcionar feedback sobre informes y hallazgos.

  • Introducir datos relacionados con asuntos de clientes segun sea necesario.

  • Colaborar con equipos locales de Prevencion de Perdidas para compartir ideas y soluciones.

  • Proporcionar feedback sobre riesgos relacionados con clientes y stock.

Habilidades, conocimientos y experiencia clave

  • Conocimiento de la funcion de Prevencion de Perdidas en un entorno minorista orientado al cliente.

  • Disponibilidad para viajar aproximadamente un 30% del tiempo dentro de la misma area geografica.
