Coordinating documentation and evidence from diverse teams can be complex, as can effectively communicating requirements and deadlines to staff who may not be familiar with the accreditation process. Additionally, specialists may need to support staff training and readiness for surveys, which requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Despite these challenges, the role offers opportunities for professional development and cross-departmental collaboration.
