Job description

​​The Titles QA Agent position will be an in-office position at our Denver CO office located in the Denver Tech Center.​​​
SUMMARY:
The Titles QA Agent performs consumer document’s audit for the vehicle loan refinancing and purchase process and ensures that the documentation meets jurisdictional requirements and regulations for the DMV.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include:
  • Identifies the deal type and performs the audit following the standard process.
  • Assess if correct title documents were generated to support the title transaction deal set up.
  • Efficiently fill out and submit title documents per jurisdictional requirements.
  • Ensures quality assurance of documents prior to submission to jurisdiction for processing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Proven record of similar job experience with Titles is a plus.
  • Language/Communication/Interpersonal: Excellent attention to detail, accurate and timely deliverables.
  • Analytical: Ability to read and correctly interpret Excel reports.
  • Reasoning Ability: Excellent organization skills, ability to prioritize and work independently.
  • Technology: Computer skills. Excel proficiency is a plus.
  • Other: Ability to adapt in fast-paced business environment. Adherence to company’s policies, including but not limited to attendance and latency policy.
