How much do title research analyst jobs pay per year?

As of Jul 3, 2026, the average yearly pay for title research analyst in the United States is $73,965.00, according to ZipRecruiter salary data. Most workers in this role earn between $57,000.00 and $98,500.00 per year, depending on experience, location, and employer.

How does a Title Research Analyst typically collaborate with other departments in a real estate or legal organization?

Title Research Analysts often work closely with escrow officers, underwriters, attorneys, and real estate agents to ensure property titles are clear and free of encumbrances. They provide critical information and documentation to support real estate transactions, resolve title discrepancies, and address potential legal issues. Regular communication and coordination are essential, as analysts must relay findings, clarify documentation, and help resolve complex title matters alongside these teams.

Which research job pays the most?

In research roles, positions such as senior market research analysts, data scientists, and research directors tend to have the highest salaries. These roles often require advanced skills in data analysis, statistical software, and industry knowledge, and they typically offer higher compensation due to increased responsibility and expertise.

How do I get a job as a research analyst?

To become a research analyst, you typically need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, economics, or business. Gaining skills in data analysis, proficiency with tools like Excel or SQL, and obtaining certifications such as the Certified Research Analyst (CRA) can improve job prospects. Relevant experience through internships or entry-level roles is also valuable.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Title Research Analyst, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Title Research Analyst, you need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of real estate law or land records, often supported by a relevant degree or experience in title searching. Familiarity with title search software, public records databases, and GIS mapping tools is typically required. Excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities help you stand out in this role. These competencies ensure accurate title verifications, minimize legal risks, and support efficient real estate transactions.

What jobs pay 500,000 a year in the US?

Title Research Analysts typically do not earn $500,000 annually; such high salaries are usually found in executive roles, investment banking, or specialized medical fields. High-paying jobs often require advanced skills, extensive experience, and sometimes ownership or leadership positions. Compensation at this level is rare outside top executive or highly specialized professions.

What does a title analyst do?

A title analyst reviews property titles to determine ownership history, identify any liens or encumbrances, and ensure clear transfer of property rights. They analyze public records, legal documents, and title reports, often using specialized software, to verify title accuracy and support real estate transactions.

What are Title Research Analysts?

Title Research Analysts are professionals who examine public records and legal documents to determine the ownership history and legal status of real estate properties. They look for issues such as liens, disputes, or encumbrances that could affect a property's transfer or sale. Their work is crucial in real estate transactions to ensure clear titles and mitigate risks for buyers, sellers, and lenders. Title Research Analysts often work for title companies, law firms, or real estate agencies.
