Job description

The Opportunity

The Customer Experience Officer supports the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization by coordinating the customer closing experience. We are looking for a dedicated professional who models and holds others accountable to the Land Title Guarantee Company culture, acting as a coach and mentor to others in the organization.

In this role, you will interact directly with clients to answer customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. As a Customer Experience Officer, your impact is immediate. You won't just offer basic file processing; you will actively coordinate daily closing activitiesโ€”including closing room schedules, calendars, meetings, and eventsโ€”and process incoming customer orders by following work procedures for New Order Entry.

You will meticulously compile personal profile information of sellers, buyers, and borrowers in our customer management software. By assisting in the creation, preparation, and distribution of reports, and compiling data for over/short reports and escheating, you will directly drive our organization's success. You will also provide vital administrative assistance, from document distribution and typing memos to maintaining computer-based and paper files and managing office supplies.

Why Join Land Title?ย

At Land Title, we believe our most precious resource is our people. We take a holistic approach to caring for our team, ensuring you have the support you need to thrive. Here is what you can look forward to when you join us:

  • Incredible Culture โ€“ Step into an environment where everything we do is deeply grounded in our core values of Excellence, Efficacy, Responsibility, Altruism, and Honesty.
  • Meaningful Work โ€“ Elevate your daily impact by surrounding yourself with passionate professionals. You will collaborate with industry experts who know Colorado real estate laws, customs, and markets inside and out.
  • Professional Growth โ€“ We are committed to your future. We actively invest in your training and development, providing a variety of avenues for you to continuously grow and expand your professional skills.
  • Personal Wellness โ€“ We encourage you to live your best life. We champion true work-life balance and provide robust support and resources through our Employee Assistance Program to ensure your overall well-being.
  • Opportunities to Serve โ€“ Be part of a company that gives back. Our leadership starts at the topโ€”our executive team regularly donates their time to professional and civic organizations that promote and support the communities in which we live and work.
What Youโ€™ll Do

As a Customer Experience Officer, you will be the face of Land Title, driving a seamless, positive closing process from the moment our clients walk through the door. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain Customer Data: Accurately compile personal profile information of sellers, buyers, and borrowers within our customer management software.
  • Drive Reporting & Compliance: Assist in the creation, preparation, and distribution of vital reports in support of the organization, and compile necessary data for over/short reports and escheating.
  • Provide Administrative Excellence: Provide crucial administrative assistance, including document distribution, typing reports and memos, maintaining computer-based and paper files, ordering and maintaining office supplies, and performing other necessary clerical tasks.
  • Represent Land Title: Get involved in department marketing activities, which may include representing the company at after-hours functions as requested or required.
  • Adapt & Assist: Step in to handle other related duties as assigned to support the team and the broader organization.
