Job Overview:

Warehouse Associates play a key role in ensuring that our products are accurately received, stored, and shipped. You'll be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, sorting and stocking tires, and fulfilling customer orders. The role requires attention to detail, safe equipment operation, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick, check, load, and ship products according to order specifications.
  • Unload, sort, and organize tires in racks or bins following inventory procedures.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including stock pickers and high-reach trucks.
  • Use computers, tablets, and RF scanners for inventory and order management.
  • Assist with inventory counts and support audits.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support operations.

Requirements:

  • Warehouse experience: 1-2 years (Required)
  • Cherry Pickers: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Reach Truck Operators: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while actively contributing to team success.
  • Reliable, with strong attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to lift, push, or carry items up to 75 pounds regularly.
  • Comfortable with climbing, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Flexible and adaptable to cross-training in various warehouse functions.
