What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the face of the shop-connecting customers with solutions and ensuring their vehicles stay safe and reliable.

Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Warmly greeting customers in person and by phone using our professional standards

  • Listening carefully to customer concerns and thoroughly documenting their needs

  • Reviewing service history, inspecting vehicles, and verifying repair requirements

  • Recommending products and services confidently and clearly

  • Accurately preparing quotes, timelines, and repair orders

  • Communicating status updates throughout the day

  • Reviewing completed work, explaining warranties, and handling checkout

  • Following up on declined services and completed repairs to ensure satisfaction

  • Tracking all returns, warranty parts, and core parts for each customer

  • Supporting the team with other duties as needed

What You Bring to the Team

High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years old Prior experience as a Service Advisor highly preferred but not required Professional appearance and strong customer service skills Ability to work in a process-driven environment Valid driver's license (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire) Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturdays (but never Sundays!)
