Chapman BMW Chandler is seeking an experienced Tint Technician to join our team. We are committed to delivering a world-class luxury dealership experience, and our technicians play an important role in maintaining the quality and appearance of our customers' vehicles. The ideal candidate has experience with automotive window tint installation, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Remove fixed and movable body glass, identifying and resolving potential issues prior to installation
  • Prepare vehicle windows by removing old tint, cleaning surfaces, and applying primer as needed
  • Measure and cut window tint to vehicle specifications
  • Install window tint with precision while eliminating bubbles, wrinkles, and imperfections
  • Ensure vehicles meet safety standards before returning them to customers
  • Monitor inventory levels of tinting materials and supplies
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of automotive window tinting experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
