  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) or similar licensure preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in civil engineering with a strong background in public or private land development
  • Demonstrated success in business development, client management, and team leadership
  • Strong understanding of project accounting, budgeting, and multi-project resource management
  • Experience supervising and mentoring technical staff
  • Working knowledge of standard engineering and office software
  • A leadership mindset marked by professionalism, accountability, and collaboration

Why This Role?

This is more than a project management position—it’s an opportunity to lead an engineering practice, influence office growth, and leave a lasting mark on a major market. You’ll have the support of a well-established firm while retaining the autonomy to build, innovate, and lead.
