TimeLine Staffing Agency is seeking motivated, results-driven Business Development Representatives to help expand our client base throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. If you enjoy networking, building relationships, and closing deals, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career while earning competitive pay and uncapped commissions.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying companies with hiring needs and partnering with them to provide qualified candidates through TimeLine Staffing's recruiting and staffing services.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain relationships with businesses throughout the DFW area.
  • Prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, emails, and in-person visits.
  • Identify companies with staffing and hiring needs.
  • Present TimeLine Staffing's workforce solutions and service offerings.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings and sales presentations.
  • Negotiate service agreements and staffing contracts.
  • Work closely with recruiters to ensure client staffing needs are fulfilled.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and revenue targets.
  • Stay informed on local hiring trends and workforce demands.


What We're Looking For

  • Previous B2B sales, staffing sales, business development, recruiting, or account management experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and passion for generating new business.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and conducting face-to-face client visits.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with the staffing team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus.
