Position Overview

We are seeking a Civil Project Engineer to support the planning, design, and permitting of land development projects throughout Northeast Florida.

This position is ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands-on design work, wants greater ownership of projects, and is looking for a long-term growth opportunity within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and coordinate civil engineering designs for land development projects
  • Design grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility, and site development improvements
  • Assist with permitting and agency coordination
  • Perform engineering calculations and technical analysis
  • Collaborate with our Civil 3D design team to develop construction plans
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and review agencies
  • Support project management activities and project delivery

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 2–6 years of civil engineering experience preferred
  • Land development experience strongly preferred
  • EIT certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience with site design, grading, drainage, and utility design
  • Working knowledge of Civil 3D
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
