Job Description: Basic Description: The Project Engineer will assist the Project Manager in the completion of tasks involved in project start- up, construction document flow, meeting minutes, printing documents, reviewing plans & specifications, assisting will billing, tracking production, creating work plans, identifying hazards, working with & supporting field personnel to ensure projects completion.
Responsibilities:
• Assists the Project Manager in all aspects of operational project management
• Submittal review and tracking
• Resource allocation, task planning and progress reporting
• Reviewing plans & specifications, assisting with billing, tracking production, creating work plans, identifying hazards, working with & supporting field personnel to ensure projects completion
• Preforms all other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Required Skills:
• Three years' experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry
• Must have a good knowledge about construction divisions, specifications and drawings
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and resolve issues/problems
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HCSS, Microsoft Project
• Valid driver's license and transportation
• Must have the ability to pass background checks for Government Facility Access
