In some contexts, the term might be used creatively within certain churches or organizations to describe a pastor who assists with time management, scheduling, or seasonal spiritual guidance. If you're encountering this title in a specific context, it's best to ask the organization for a detailed job description.

Balancing the spiritual needs of different age groups, cultural communities, and personal preferences within the church can be challenging. Effective communication, adaptability, and fostering a sense of unity are essential skills.
