Accurate Courier Services is a national leader in medical logistics, supporting hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies, and healthcare systems across the country. Our independent contractors play a critical role in patient care by ensuring time-sensitive medical materials are transported safely, securely, and on schedule.

We are currently expanding our Cincinnati-area contractor network and seeking dependable, professional drivers for medical courier opportunities throughout the Greater Cincinnati region.

Opportunity Overview

This opportunity supports hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies, medical offices, and healthcare facilities throughout the Cincinnati market.

Contractors are responsible for transporting medical specimens, pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and other healthcare materials while meeting strict pickup and delivery deadlines.

Successful contractors are dependable, responsive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. Because many deliveries directly support patient care, accuracy, urgency, and professionalism are essential.

This is an active position that requires frequent driving, walking through healthcare facilities, entering and exiting vehicles, and managing multiple pickups and deliveries throughout the day.

Preferred Availability

We are currently seeking contractors with availability during one or more of the following timeframes:

6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (multiple openings)
7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (multiple openings)
8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (multiple openings)
12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
4:00 PM - 8:00 PM / 10:00 PM
5:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Contractor Responsibilities

Complete time-sensitive medical deliveries between healthcare facilities
Transport specimens, pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and related healthcare materials securely and accurately
Maintain chain-of-custody procedures and HIPAA compliance standards
Communicate effectively with dispatch personnel and healthcare staff
Meet all scheduled pickup and delivery deadlines
Document pickups and deliveries using company-provided technology
Operate independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism
Represent Accurate Courier Services positively with clients and healthcare partners

Contractor Requirements

Minimum 21 years of age
Minimum 3 years of licensed driving experience
Reliable vehicle in good operating condition
Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
Smartphone capable of running courier applications
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
Ability to meet time-sensitive pickup and delivery requirements
Ability to pass required background screening
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong time-management and organizational skills

Physical and Job Requirements

This is not a sedentary driving position.

Contractors must be able to:

Lift, carry, load, and unload coolers, totes, and transport containers weighing up to 30 pounds
Frequently enter and exit a vehicle throughout the day
Walk long distances through hospitals, laboratories, medical offices, and healthcare facilities
Navigate stairs, elevators, parking garages, and large medical campuses
Complete multiple pickups and deliveries during a shift while maintaining accuracy and chain-of-custody requirements
Use smartphone applications to receive assignments, scan items, document deliveries, and communicate with dispatch
Maintain required route schedules and delivery time standards
Work in a fast-paced environment where urgency, reliability, and attention to detail are critical

Preferred Qualifications

Medical courier experience preferred but not required
Experience in transportation, logistics, healthcare, delivery services, or customer service environments
Former military personnel are encouraged to apply
