This is a hands-on, outdoor construction position with training provided. We are looking for someone who shows up, works hard, and wants to learn a trade — not someone looking for an easy job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in building timber bridges and structural systems
  • Load, unload, and stage materials
  • Use hand tools and power tools (training provided)
  • Support layout, cutting, and installation of structural components
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
  • Follow direction from crew leaders and work as part of a team
  • Travel to job sites as required

What We’re Looking For

  • Construction or labor experience preferred (not required)
  • Strong work ethic and reliability — shows up on time, ready to work
  • Willingness to travel for projects
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Physically capable (lifting, carrying, climbing, working long hours)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable transportation

Pay & Growth

  • Starting at $20-28.00 / hour
  • Overtime paid (1.5x after 40 hours)
  • Paid travel time
  • Per diem when traveling
  • Lodging Included
  • Transportation included
  • Raises every 6 months based on performance
  • Opportunity to advance:
    Bridgeineer → Jr → Sr → Master

Work Environment

  • Outdoor construction sites
  • Physically demanding work
  • Travel-based role (Florida and out of state)
