Job Summary
- Operates heavy power equipment, including processors, dozers, and feller bunchers, to facilitate timber removal and land clearing.
General Accountabilities
- Operates and maintains heavy machinery for timber removal operations, ensuring it functions optimally.
- Performs basic maintenance and minor repairs on processors, dozers, and feller bunchers.
- Adheres to all safety protocols and health standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Loads and transports dirt, rocks, timber, and other materials as needed for disposal or processing.
- Drives and maneuvers equipment to clear topsoil, rocks, and vegetation efficiently.
- Coordinates machinery actions to ensure safe and effective movement of loads.

Job Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of relevant experience; completion of a heavy machinery operator apprenticeship program is preferred.
- Licenses/Certifications: Class A commercial driver's license.
